We make custom pouches as large as 11-5/8" x 11-5/8" in size. A standard size is the most economical choice, if you can find one that will work for you, but if you need a custom size, call us for a quotation (1-800-869-2827). You may be surprised to find that custom pouches are very affordable.
We will need the following information to provide a quotation:
- Pouch dimensions. Allow at least 1/8" for edge seal on all sides. For large pouches, allow 1/4" on all sides. If you prefer, you can give us the dimensions of the product you will be laminating, and we will recommend the best pouch size.
- Pouch gauge. Choose 3, 5, 7, or 10 mil thickness for each side of your pouch.
- Specify rounded or square corners.
- Specify with slot or without slot. If you wish to have a slot punched in your pouches, specify its location: long or short side, sealed or unsealed side.
- Quantity. Minimum quantity for custom pouches is 1000.
