Digital Imaging (DI) Film

Digital imaging films are high performance, U.V. protected films with low processing temperature. These films have high clarity, excellent bond to heavy ink coverage, and excellent resistance to delamination when exposed to high moisture environments or intense U.V. sunlight. Products laminated with these films display a great reduction in print fade. Useable temperature range is 185°F to 245°F.

Digital imaging films are available in the following core sizes:
    DI Film 1" Core
    DI Film 2-5/16" Core
    DI Film 3" Core

We only stock 1" core film, however, both 1" and 2-5/16" core sizes are available for most films.
We will ship 1" core unless you specify 2-5/16" core in the order comments.

Stock sizes ship same or next day.
Non-stock film orders of $575.00 or more are scheduled for slitting as soon as they are received.
For smaller non-stock orders allow 14 days or more.
If you need to receive a small (under $575.00) non-stock order in less than 14 days, a $35.00 charge may be added to your order.
