Turnaround Time: In-stock items normally ship same or next day your order is received, for orders received before 12:00 noon CST. For expedited orders, please call us at 1-800-869-2827 to ensure we can meet your product delivery needs.
Back-Orders: If you order an item that is not in stock, you will be notified promptly. We will inform you of the approximate time for availability, and place the item on back-order. As soon as the item is available, we will ship it to you. You will not be invoiced for a back-ordered product until it ships to you.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all Texas and Indiana orders. If you are a tax-exempt Texas or Indiana customer, please fax a Tax Exemption Certificate to 1-866-556-1164. If you are a reseller, please fax a Resale Certificate to us.
Shipment Methods: Preferred shipping method is UPS ground, because rates are lower and tracking information is readily available. Be sure to include your street address for a UPS delivery. If you choose for us to ship by mail, remember that the rates are higher, no tracking information will be available, and it may take an extra day to process your order.
Purchase Orders: We do accept purchase orders from public schools and many government agencies. Orders may be faxed to our toll-free fax number (866) 556-1164.
Returns: We have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase, must have a return authorization number (Call (800) 869-2827.), and are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
