Unparalleled performance for cutting extra-thick, extra-dense materials. The heavy-duty Technical trimmers feature aluminum baseboards and 1-1/2" square steel guide bars to absorb the stresses generated by cutting thick materials. Available in six sizes, these industrial-strength trimmers are equally at home cutting thin films and tissue paper.

• Fully enclosed, self-sharpening tungsten steel cutting wheel driven by two spring loaded pressure rollers for positive clamping action
• Warp-free, 11" wide aluminum baseboard with parallel indent lines for alignment
• The overload plate, designed to prevent damage from accidental overload, can easily be removed for bi-directional cutting of thinner materials
• Aluminum clamping strip automatically releases when cutting head reaches either end
• Cast metal end supports and cutting head
• 1-1/2" square steel guide bar
• Factory set side rule, working clamp and comfortable pull handle are supplied with each trimmer
• Baseboard extension rods for supporting large materials are supplied with models 1550 and above. These removable rods slide into the aluminum baseboard to extend the total depth to 28"

Electrically powered, heavy-duty machines that combine the best features of the Technical series with a belt-driven cutting head for heavy and continuous workloads. Available in seven sizes.

• Cutting head is driven by a heavy-duty electric motor controlled by a foot-operated pneumatic switch. Leaves both hands free for positioning material
• 1-1/2" square steel guide bar
• Thermal cut-out switch in motor drive
• Steel-reinforced drive belt
• Cutting speed 20 in./sec. (28 lbs./inch torque). High speed version also available that cuts at 39 in./sec. (16 lbs./inch torque).

Technical series with Steel Stand and Base Extension

Extend the working surface of your cutter to any length by adding 11" deep aluminum baseboards. Each additional Base Extension requires a separate Stand for floor models.

Spare Parts List

Adjustable Roll Dispenser

Fits into the accessory slot on the back or front of the extruded aluminum baseboard. Adjustable over the full width of the cutter, it holds rolls up to 14" in diameter with core sizes from 1" to 3-1/2".

Rule Extension Kit

Fits Professional, PowerTech & Technical Series. Designed for quick and accurate measuring and trimming to size larger sheets that extend beyond the 11" baseboard.
