Single Sided Laminating Film

Generally there are two types of film that are most often used for single-sided laminating, Nylon and OPP (Oriented PolyPropylene). Common applications for single sided laminating include book jackets, paperback book covers, report covers, maps, posters, and anything that does not require encapsulation (laminating on both sides).

Nylon Single Side Films

Nylon film is available in widths from 12-1/2" to 39-1/2”"in 1/2" increments. Standard roll length for 1.2 mil is 12,000’ (roll diameter is approx. 14"), 1.3 mil is 10,000’ (roll diameter is approximately 14") and 1.7 mil is 3000’ (approx, roll diameter is 9.5"). Please ensure your laminator can accommodate a roll of this diameter. Check out our handy Roll Diameter Chart. If you require a special length or width not listed, please call us at 1-800-869-2827 or e-mail us at sales@laminatorwarehouse.com. No returns allowed on single sided laminating films. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Tip: If you are having difficulty getting your film to stick to your digital prints, try the Nylon Xtreme Bond EXB film.

OPP Single Side Films

OPP film is available in widths from 16" to 39-1/2" in 1/2" increments. Standard roll length for 1.2 mil and 1.3 mil is 10,000’ (roll diameter is approx. 14") Please ensure your laminator can accommodate a roll of this diameter. Check out our handy Roll Diameter Chart.
