This cutter is ideal for sign-making or any application that requires accurate, square cuts on the first cut.

The SteelTrak was designed with the operator in mind. Every tool cuts on the same cutting line making operation easy. No lasers, squares, or prior knowledge needed.

All four tools are permanently attached to the cutting head. Just turn the wheel and each tool is ready to use in a second.

• Full-length silicone grip and perpendicular pressure sensitive clamping keep materials steady and can be easily aligned.
• The SteelTraK has a completely unique slideway which pivots away to make maintenance and cleaning a breeze.
• Ball Bearing sliding guidance system on steel tracks. Extra heavy-duty aerospace alloy running beam and squaring arm accessible from any position are essential for easily cutting heavy materials.
• Steel & aluminum vertical dual beam will never come out of square.
• Wall mount your SteelTrak or use telescopic legs and free-standing kit (available on the 65" cutter only) it adjusts to your height and lets you work in comfort.
• Materials load easily from right or left side and lock securely into place.
• Ultra precise vernier screw adjustment gives you a permanent perfect 90 degree squaring arm.
• Rigid hollow-chamber horizontal squaring arm supports the heaviest boards. Materials won't bend or distort - you'll get square straight cuts every time.
• All adjustments are on the front of the SteelTraK and easily accessible for cleaning, checking and maintenance, whether it is free-standing or wall-mounted.
• Fitted counterbalance keeps the multi-tool sliding head stationary until you move it. Easy, quick material loading, blade changing, and cutting with no accidental operations or injuries.

• The SteelTraK's cut length is up to 82" (2.1m) - the longest and most accurate manual vertical cutter available.
• Extruded back beams with dihedral angle - firm support for sheets large & small. Off-cuts, including flexible materials will not fall through the frame.
• Two flip stops make cutting to size easy. Flip stops can be engaged or disengaged without disturbing the settings.
• Accurate cutting by eye is made simple by the dual calibrated scales.

• The Twin Wheel Head and the Aluminum Twin Wheel Head include the cutting wheels and the head. The Twin Wheels and Aluminum Twin Wheels can also be purchased separately from the head.

The V-cut Groove blade cuts a "V" into substrates allowing them to be folded to make point of purchase displays, trade show displays and many other applications that require clean folds in thick materials.
